Change Tastes Good

Wow.  So it's been about a year since I posted an update.  I've written some things, but never posted them, so here's a brief update.  As of January I started having some crazy digestion problems.  I saw a bunch of doctors that charged me too much money for no answers and useless tests.  So, I just changed my eating habits and started to rest more and reduce my stress levels.
I started taking daily probiotics, fish oil capsuls, and digestive enzymes to help my body get back to normal.  I decreased my fat intake by limiting the amount of meat I ate, but the thing that has seemed to help me the most is juicing.  Nick and I have had a juicer packed away for years.  We took it out and started juicing anything that we think is good for us and an aid in digestion.  Like fennel and ginger, for example.  My energy level has increased, i feel super healthy and people have even begun to tell Nick that his body looks like it's changing.  Something else that seems to help me  is Greens + Bars.  These things are awesome.  When I'm on the go, which is most of the time, I get hungry and eating out can cause stomach upset for me, so I bring some Greens + Bars with me and I'm good to go!!! They are cold processed, vegan, and coated in blissful chocolate, so they taste amazing!!!

I love these things.  We buy them by the case now.  If I can't eat enough veggies in a day I have one or two of these and I don't feel so guilty anymore!  So, I signed up to be an affiliate with this company.  That means if you click on the link to their site from our blog, we get a percentage of whatever you buy from their site!  I'm hoping this will be a way we can have some income during our upcoming trip which I'll talk more about in the next month.  We are still have to finalize some things before we can start blabbing about our plans.

Thanks for reading and let me know if you try these bad bears! I wanna know what you think.
